Helping the Needy Here

We contribute donations to the Alpha Food Bank throughout the year to help families in our community who struggle putting food on the table. We get a list of what the food bank needs and then head off to the supermarket get them.

Helping the Needy Abroad

We also take an additional offering each week to make quarterly donations to agencies that provide tangible help to people in 2nd and 3rd world countries. In 2022, we contributed support to end worm infestation, child healthcare, and disaster relief.

Giving Joy to Local Children

Each year we get a list from Alpha School of presents needy children would like to get for Christmas. We divide the list up among our members who buy and giftwrap them.
